Started in 2001 by then-Manchester-based DJ Chubby Grooves aka Pro Celebrity Golf. Only 1 release a year for the first 3 years of the label's existence culminated in 2004 with the epic cut-n-paste mix Three Sinister Syllables. Since then label owner and artist Pro Celebrity Golf has been acting in more of an A&R capacity excavating lost 90's Hip Hop material [as well as brand new DOPENESS] and releasing it for the first time on vinyl in limited quantities.

They take in reference American labels such as TDE, Odd Futur or Dreamville and impose no guidelines in their compositions, navigating between the different forms of hip-hop that exist according to their desires.
