I'm a homo sapiens primate who likes to make his own music at home.

Vasilis Avdelas lives and works in Thessaloniki,Greece. Using his favorite synths as his main expressive tool, while using a wide palette of sounds from other musical and non musical instruments and field recordings, produces music which sometimes accompanies art exhibitions, dance theater and other performances and other times is transformed into complete concept albums , meanwhile actively participating in music groups (Χείλια Λουλούδια, Ben and The Immigrants).

 “Sunhopers” A Dynamic three-way interaction where the physical and visual / sound are merged, in collaboration with Sonia Ntova and Giorgos Gerasimidis
 “Moonlight sonata” music for a dance-theatrical act based on the poem of G.Ritsos in collaboration with the Ionian Act art group.
 "The Sound of Canvas" an audiovisual project that combines action painting and live electronics in synchronization. The peculiarity of the project is the use of the canvas as the main sound source, in collaboration with painter Spiridoula Zachou
 “Dis-Armonia : Political discourse and member in the present tense” expressing musically John Steinbeck's “The grapes of wrath” performed by Athens Camerata under the conductance of Zoe Zeniodi
 “Tsvetayeva and Mayakovskogo “ music for the film by Polina Moshenska demonstrating everyday life of two streets with paradoxical names of poets in Kiev suburbs (Palm of the North award at "86. Festival of film and Urbanism")
