Her journey has started with Techno as listener, but she has been travelling through many electronic genres. She hasn't finished her trip yet, but for a while she ended up with deep / organic house. On the other hand, she has decided to share what she likes most with others. 

Her mixes are going from downtempo through progressive house. However, her selection is always based on oriental sounds.

The best part of mixing for her is to see floating bodies with a huge smile on people's faces, exploring deep, experimental sounds she plays. The energy she transmits during her sets makes whole floors explode. She usually plays at open airs or festivals - this is how it started for her and actually it fits a lot into her style.

This is my live set for our Unconditional party at Samsara, beautifully tucked away in one of the sacred jungle valleys of our beloved island and with sheltered shores, the venue was the perfect location to explore the vibrant energy of our community by mixing talented musicians with visual artists in a combined effort to create once more magical memories. 

On this night it was a pleasure to play along side Ryan Murgatroyd, a true student of the music craft.

Auf Tief folgt Hoch

Das Leben ist durchsetzt von immer wiederkehrenden Kreisläufen. Manche dieser Zyklen treten mit einer so konstanten Regelmäßigkeit in deinen Alltag, dass man beinahe von einer Gesetzmäßigkeit sprechen mag.
Ein Beispiel für solch einen zirkulierenden Ablauf ist das Prinzip: auf Hoch folgt Tief.
Jeder von uns kennt diese Hochphasen. Du hast kaum für eine wichtige Klausur gelernt und sahnst eine 2+ ab, der Chef erkennt endlich dein Potenzial und bietet dir die langersehnte Beförderung an. Der von dir heißbegehrte Schwarm zeigt aufeinmal interesse und alles läuft runder und flüssiger als in der kitschigsten Schnulze. 

Dann geht urplötzlich alles den Bach runter. Auf dem Weg zum Einkauf geschieht dir ein Wildunfall, die Firma geht insolvent und du bist aufeinmal Arbeitssuchend. Zu allem Überfluss brennt der Partner genau in dieser Zeit mit seiner neuen Flamme durch.

An diesen Tagen wird dir bewusst wie vergänglich die Hochzeit ist und das auf große Freude tiefes Leid folgt. Genau an diesem Punkt der Erkenntnis schlummert das Potenzial für persönliches Wachstum. Man beginnt sich und seine Taten zu hinterfragen, reflektiert seine Handlungen und sucht eine Antwort auf die Warum-Ich Frage. Unabhängig davon ob man eine findet, klärt sich der Blick und Verstand. All diese Geschehnisse erscheinen nur noch halb so dramatisch, wenn man sich ihre zeitliche Dauer ins Bewusstsein ruft. Denn wo heute noch Tränen über Wangen fließen, glänzt morgen schon ein strahlendes Lächeln. 

Doch was bleibt? Dankbarkeit, für geistige und körperliche Unversehrtheit, für alle seine zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen und materiellen Güter. Dankbarkeit auf dieser Erde wandeln zu können und alle diese Gefühle und Emotionen erfahren zu dürfen. Von Zyklus zu Zyklus wird man selbstsicherer, erkennt das man sich auf dieses Wechselspiel von Hoch und Tief verlassen kann und reift zu der besten Version von sich selbst heran.
Dieser Weg ist selten ein leichter, deshalb geben wir Euch heute musikalischen Support von IKAARUS mit ans Ohr. Möge das Wissen um den Zyklus von Freude und Leid es dir leichter machen.
