Clément Davout aka Adhémar to introduce him to the idea of transforming one or two tracks
into longform ambient pieces.
Little did we know but he went on to create a truly unique journey following his own vision
already shaping up in his creative mind. By fusing elements and sounds of multiple tracks
together he reshapes the original tracks into his very own signature style. A standout track to
be mentioned is 'Looking At The Map' where he creates a whole new experience by utilizing
samples from all of the original tracks together.

brittany-based artist tabensi, with a mosaic of sounds he's particularly fond of. 

"multi-instrumentalist from an early age, I developed my musical universe as a dj a few years back. when I arrived in the medieval city of dinan two years ago, I started to work on a new label called estuary tapes. 

inspired by brittany coasts, the project was born in november celebrating with a compilation gathering artists I love. it reflects my musical  influences beetween deep ambient, dub and breakbeat. in the same time I also started producing and working with electronic stuff. my first track is available on this compilation with this new alias tabensi. 

this selection is a little piece of of my sound ecosystem recorded during a rainy tuesday afternoon. a modern story with nostalgic and ethereal feels."

Deep emotions are embedded in music.

The creative moment is every moment in life. Every wonderful piece or moment of intertwined timbre collides. I needed to balance the "Analog Sound" status that technology has become through softwareization. Almost all the sounds I use are very common electronic sounds and natural sounds, such as flutes. I want to express myself more musically.
