I am a yoga teacher, health coach, and intrepid explorer in the realms of Psychedelic Breath. Music has always played a big role in my offering.

Psychedelic Breath is an ancient breathing technique back up by science and the art of electronic dance music. It is a sober way to access psychedelic states of consciousness.

You never know what the breath will bring up but I invite you to come with an open mind.

For me, music isn't just sound—it's a journey to the soul.
