This was recorded in 2018 when I was managing The Nest in East London.   We ran a night called Riddim and paired one of my favourite drum and bass DJs with one of my favourite MC's - and then it turned into a 3 hour set.

This is such a special recording as Doc Scott had just received a load of promo music from the late great Spirit (RIP).  Spirit was just reaching the peak of the scene with his productions, sadly before he departed.  However the incredible energy is captured here.  Those tunes elevated the performance of both of these artists, who's collaboration over the course of this 3 hour set, remains to this day one of the best drum and bass mixes ever recorded!!!
