Luminary - My World (Andy Moor Remix)

Following last summer's sleeper hit "Junebug" and a classy EP on Steve Bug's Dessous label, deep house legend Vincenzo makes a exciting return to Anjunadeep with his "No Strings Attached EP". Comprised of three gorgeous, melodic instrumentals, it's a fine showcase of the distinctive sound that has established Vincenzo as one of house music's most respected producers.

Title track "No Strings Attached" is a slow burning gem, ebbing and flowing throughout its nine minute journey as deep bass grooves through washing piano melodies and distant vocal snippets. A beautiful end-of-night anthem.

"Sorrento" delicately channels jazz influences, fusing drifting chords with chugging percussion in a dancefloor ready slice of old school deep house.

Rounding off the EP is a collaboration with Voyeurhythm's Tyson Ballard, "Quiet Beauty". The most energetic track on the EP, it bounces playful melodies off an infectious groove in amongst summery atmospherics.

Kicking off the compilation is Nigel Good's jubilant remix of "Sumr" by Dezza & Shoreliners. Fresh off his debut artist album, which reached #1 overall on Beatport, Nigel treats us to a sparkling, complextro-influenced progressive gem, rife with feel-good vibes. Vintage & Morelli, one of the standout artists from Silk's Arrival division, offers a fresh, peak-hour take on "Night Time" by Sound Quelle. A bouncy house rhythm sits below a stormy and evocative lead, punctuated by a haunting vocal sample. The main break is a goosebumps-inducing aural experience, as the vocal motif and piano poignantly coalesce. Aeron Aether's "Synthanelia" still finds a home in our radio and live sets; Jayeson Andel, a breakthrough artist on our imprint, offers a full-on trance stormer with his new rendering, which has received early radio support from Arty. The memorable string themes of the original soar above an adrenalin-fueled, stadium-rocking groove. French talent Matt Fax, another leader of Arrival, offers a new interpretation of one of Silk Royal's early releases, Pconvolve's "Cosmology". As the title implies, celestially-inspired synths transport the listener to the far reaches of the galaxy; a progressive breaks interlude and explosive drop in the latter half of the track are true release highlights. David Broaders closes out the first half of the release with an awe-inspiring interpretation of "Starman" by Gregory Esayan. New label recruit Illuminor, a rising duo from Australia, add a bit more punch to eleven.five's classic "Pinnacle". A highly innovative groove, as well as new variations on the main piano motif from the original, stand out in this fantastic new version. Trusty label veteran Sundriver offers a driving take on Denis Laurent feat. Kaisa Martina's "All I Need". A vintage lead chord progression, with numerous euphoric synth layers and arpeggios, paves the way for Kaisa's romantic vocal in the breakdown. British sensation Ben Coda, who has contributed in the past to the Silk Remixed series, returns with a peak-hour rendering of Zack Roth's beloved "Tekkadon". Danny Howard premieres Jacuzzi, the title track from Croquet Club's forthcoming EP, on BBC Radio 1...

It's not often that acts become cult label favourites after just one release but Croquet Club is one such outfit. Heavily influenced by the likes of Air and Bonobo, Croquet Club's fresh take on electronica has already earned support from the likes of Zane Lowe and B. Traits, as well as tastemaker blogs Line Of Best Fit and Indie Shuffle.

The debut Croquet Club release "Awake" / "Cardigan" opened "Anjunadeep 05" and went down as an instant label classic. In the months since then he has remixed one of dance music's biggest acts, Mat Zo, and finished his sophomore release, the Jacuzzi EP.

Lead track "Jacuzzi" sets the tone for a unique and experimental release. Spanning moments of slo-mo electronica before moving into more energetic territory, the track not only demonstrates Croquet Club's talent for melodic inventiveness, but also features his own vocals, which combine with soaring pads in an anthemic climax. 

Reminiscent of last year's "Awake", the infectious "Rush" features the kind of deft melodic textures, vocal sampling and washing atmospherics that are quickly becoming a Croquet Club trademark. 

"Breath" takes a more stripped back approach, building on a delicate percussive groove with his own swirling vocals and soft rising melody. Huge, warm bass notes and a guitar riff inject energy into this multi-layered to magical effect, as things advance to a cascading crescendo.

One of the UK's most prized assets within the Trance scene, Amir Hussain, returns to Digital Society Recordings with his latest smash, 'Life In Mono'.

Delivering yet another of his uniquely atmospheric productions, 'Life In Mono' sees Amir create a beautifully brooding, classic-tinged Trancer full of cosmic FX, flexing bass and his unmistakable energy. A true claim to praise after the huge 'Shaman' which saw extensive support from Trance's elite.

Completing the release is two remixes from Allen Watts & Solid Stone. Two names who need little introduction to Trance fans and who each inject their own styles into Amir's Original.

Allen Watts' effort brings the Dutch producer's established sound to the release, filling out basslines and eking out a more tech-influenced monster retaining the Original's elegant melody. Rounding off the release is the omnipresent Solid Stone who takes 'Life In Mono' through his beautifully diverse, moody style resulting in an amplified atmospheric journey, taking things down a notch to tie off the release perfectly.

Amir Hussain is back, supported by two equally impressive Trance producers, 'Life In Mono' stands out as one of 2015's best.

Silk Royal is excited to welcome back 19 Hz, the Argentinian super duo of Dario Tello (a.k.a. Airdraw) and Rodrigo Deem, with the brand new single "Another Skin". 19 Hz's last release on Silk Royal, the Beatport hit "Round & Round," was voted "Web Vote Winner" on Above & Beyond's "Trance Around The World" and receive a litany of additional support, so we are especially excited to announce their return to our imprint. This single also comes equipped with brilliant new remixes by Dan & Sam and Blood Groove & Kikis.

19 Hz proved that they are quite capable of composing peak-hour dancefloor material with "Round & Round", but their offering here, "Another Skin", is a journey back to their more pensive and emotive progressive roots. The song kicks off with a house-y beat (highlighted by a snappy snare), brooding and layered pad, and melancholy arp line, all of which coalesce to create a deeply poignant atmosphere. A top line to the arp beings to develop: crystalline bell sounds, which soar above the track like an especially vivacious flock of birds. Meanwhile, the full-bodied pad begins to crescendo with "tidal" force, as the song approaches its midpoint. In the main break, we are treated to a series of achingly beautiful female vocal samples and wintry bell sounds, all of which lend additional emotional resonance to the tune.

Dan & Sam, fresh off their breakthrough hit "Breaking The Illusion" (#2 on the Beatport Trance Release chart for over a week), offer the first of two breathtaking interpretations. Hailing from the USA (Dan Sieg) and Australia (Sam Wilkinson), this exciting new duo offers a more upbeat take on the original, as their version jets out of the gate with a clubby kick and gut-busting rhythm. Yet, the emotive spirit of the original is not abandoned: a teaser mini-break early in the track reveals a moving new lead chord progression and arp line, as well as the very welcome inclusion of the original vox samples. The tune continues to pick up steam, leading into the main break, where a gorgeous new piano solo appears. The dancefloor-friendly groove sits below all of these elements in the latter half of the tune, to truly stunning effect.

Blood Groove & Kikis, who also appeared recently on Silk Royal as a winner of our "Wild At Heart" remix contest, are back with another atmospheric progressive masterpiece. Their track takes a slightly different approach, in that the song is infused with a more "romantic" and soothing spirit, in contrast to the melancholy and almost heart-breaking tones of the prior two mixes. A powerful groove is established early, as well as repeating chord, which eventually develops into a full, 4-bar motif. Also, the vocal samples bring additional melodic texture, as do the Sundriver-esque pads. Glorious new melodic variations appear in the break, including delicate guitar plucks and piano lines. With the arrival of the drop, the listener is submerged in full atmospheric prog splendor, courtesy of one of the finest new acts in the genre.
