Monstro Flora is an L.A. band with roots in Austin, TX and songs that reveal the not always pretty trail of late night drinks, loss, hope, wonder, recklessness, love, heart break and mystery, exploring both the beautiful and the terrible sides of experience.
The band employs dynamic extremes of light and dark with a bold and at times delicately artful approach to pop sensible songs.
Monstro Flora has recently finished recording their debut EP "Between The Stars" which was produced by Greg Richling (The Wallflowers, Bigbang, etc.) and released in August 2011. The same month Monstro Flora was named "Artist Of The Month" by the Deli Magazine Los Angeles.
