the session starts or continues from 1 hand to another as Schwabe was playing a new production from baris K on a new label but we dont know much more than this, 
but we heard the track is really long so Traxx stepped up
to stay on the same slow vibe tempo you hear and brings
in his own music blueprint of a long play production for 
those who could believe that.
the disc jockey before had the track playing it for the 
early attendees but we used it to allow the journey to 
take flight thru the nite til very late the next day..

saturday with a wild two-hour selection of un-chained 
melodies and new material that most didnt have a clue 
about or realize as usual.

As the journey continued, there was no break or respite; 
this was an assault of a genuine thrill at a festival largely populated by overly precise and well-mannered sounds, 
where he provided an exciting change of pace.

He collaborated with James T. Cotton, DJ Hell, Green Velvet, Hieroglyphic Being, DeeCoy and Legowelt to shape his unique definition of Jakbeat.

whose introductions to music early on were a great mixture 
of local italo mixtapes and as much as andreas vollenweider, 
yello,sade,prince as music was great in the eighties - 
..fast forwarding these foundations in music lead 
to ‘rediscovering’ disco music by the late nineties meeting 
loud-e amongst other likeminded people leading him to a 
journey of digging and discovering music far beyond imagination.

Further mind altering experiences are provoked and amplified by a delay pedal that runs its course from beginning to end, while making no apologies for its audible presence. Graciously, we have been given permission by our comrade, Kosmik of the Black Lodge to present a live three hour session by Traxx from Feb 2019 at the afforemention Black Lodge party in Los Angeles.

What can be said? There is Traxx and then there is everyone else. Plain and simple one of our favorite musical architects, always pushing the limits, always pushing music to the edge, unpredictable, never stagnant and always seeking what is next. Taking the past and fusing it with the present and beyond, the roots are never forgotten but expanded upon and pushed further with his unique personal style, time and again.
