Parallel 41 is a new vinyl and digital techno label owned by Manuel Di Martino in Italy that has already featured contributions from Luigi Madonna and Efdemin.

Label boss, Manuel Di Martino, is an established artist who also runs Persistence, while having his music released on other quality labels like Jamaica Suk's Gradient, Luigi Madonna's Contempo, Marco Faraone's UNCAGE, Ricardo Garduno's Illegal Alien, Evod Music, Eduardo De La Calle's Analog Solutions, amongst many more.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Risalita" which focuses on a warping groove and hypnotic elements for a timeless ride of punchy, purist percussion. Rasping hats and a modular hook are met with jackin' claps and haunting, droning synth tones for a fiesta of raw, analogue techno.

For the Fifth release, "Filter Science", Fhase 87 delivers 5 original tracks to write the fifth lines of Sotor's story.

Born in 1987 in the North of France, François has been immersed in electronic music since a young age. His debut in Mix took place in 2001, and it was quite natural that he turned to composition in 2005.The year 2019 marks his emergence under the pseudonym "Fhase 87"

After a few months and numerous releases on different labels, he acquired the support of many DJs from the Techno scene such as Laurent Garnier, Dave Clarke, Ben Klock, Ellen Alien , Sam Paganini, Anetha, Dax.J or Robert Hood, to name but a few.

Across 30 tracks in the digital collection and 24 on four sides of wax, the release explores the full breadth of the Mutual Rytm sound. Driving grooves and relentless percussion set the pace, gradually unfolding into hypnotic and atmospheric passages that invite deeper immersion. Pulsating low-end power alternates with eerie minimalism, while bursts of futuristic energy and cavernous kick drums keep the tension high. Elsewhere, dub textures and moments of introspection provide balance, creating a narrative arc that moves fluidly between intensity and release, atmosphere and tension, darkness and light.

It s been created over one year of time, and brings together my live experiences with my extended sounds research in the studio. This was not something planed, the album imposed itself in the creative flow, as a new stone on the way of my musical world. hopefully it will  be one in your world as well ;) !It s slightly different from my previous works, i think more techno and deep in a way, and is for me the most accomplished musical creation i have been releasing so far. That said i m supper excited to have this piece finally released, and to be sharing it with all of you today.
