Two completely different versions of the same song stuck together, based on a poem written for Donkin’s birthday by Meher Baba.
Plus bits of other recordings thrown in – Carla, Celtic harp (pretending to be a West African kora!), South American charango and David Bowling (Aussie) - all different tempos woven together.

La Danza del Antiguo - The Dance of the Ancient One

New Sacred Music by Simon Reece de Sousa influenced by Latin, Persian, Indian music as well as the European choral tradition. Simon has lived on four continents Europe, Africa, Latin America and now India. He has drawn musical inspiration from these and other world cultures as well as from different musical traditions, particularly classical, jazz and sacred music.
        
The range of instruments he plays is equally varied: sitar (from India), duduk (Armenia), charango (South America), santoor (Persia), Celtic harp, Spanish guitar and viola.

Joined by his wife Carla, he has recently finished his fifth album, "Dancing in Rapturous Contemplation". The album contains pieces ranging from the serene and ethereal to the joyous and ecstatic.
