Vincent Veneman is one of the most talented and versatile young Dutch jazz trombone players of today, both as a soloist and ensemble player. He has performed with Kurt Elling, Herbie Hancock, Al Jarreau, Christian McBride and many other greats, and appears on the Grammy-award winning album 'Sylva' by Snarky Puppy & the Metropole Orchestra, both as a featured soloist as well as in the orchestra.

Now, he is emerging as a refined composer and arranger with the release of his album Vincent Veneman 10, delivering a new take on baroque music from a contemporary jazz perspective.

Vincent Veneman 10 as a band is a European dream-team; it consists solely of either emerging or established top-level jazz musicians from 5 different countries. Interestingly enough, 5 of its members are amongst Europe’s most prominent emerging large-ensemble jazz-composers.

Twists of H.C. Andersen's Untaped Fairy Tales is the newest album of pianist/composer Philipp Ruettgers. It is recorded live in Rotterdam, as a result of the North Sea Jazz Composition Assignment 2018. According to the jury, "We are impressed by the large wealth of ideas and composing style of Ruettgers, which is colorful, dynamically varied and also has an interesting rhythm."
The album contains of 6 compositions, all inspired by the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen.

Born and raised in Spain by an English mother and Dutch father, Bernard van Rossum brings many flavors and influences to the table. All compositions and arrangements on his new release Trampoline carry his signature, like this track After The Storm. 
Music with depth, with groove and challenging rhythms, but also light and playful. Like the feeling of jumping on a trampoline and being suspended in the air.
