'Close your eyes and imagine you are on a dance floor. If there is one person you can trust with leading you into a miraculous realm of care and good music, it is the Heinz Music label boss himself, Prof. Dr. master of soul-vibrations Marcus Meinhardt. He has steered the label-ship steadily during this difficult time. Again and again he has given us releases with beautiful melodies and worry-healing grooves. And now he is back with a big two-tracker himself, "Mars Attack EP".

The title track ignites the starting engine with a smooth and catchy groove, while a playful synth is luring behind the tree. It swiftly surrounds you, asking for your trust as it takes you on a little journey towards heavy basslines, quirky synths and an uplifting and dreamy atmosphere. The melody resonates with a newfound positivity and joy over us all being able to meet on dance floors again.

Secondly, we are lead into the world of "Venus Vibes" and you immediately feel weightless. As if you are floating on a cloud, with the stars just at the tip of your hand. Dark synth plucks meet a vivid melody carrying a space-like background of organic percussions and wicked up-winding noise. It is heavy yet encouraging, and the perfect companion to "Mars Attack". We are happy to be back with you, and we are happy to be back with an EP by our very own Prof. Dr. Marcus Meinhardt, who is ready to steer the dance floor into an indestructible community of togetherness.'

The rise ofLehar continues. Together with his brothers in mind Musumeci and Olderic, he has recently formed a highly visible team closely connected to Connaisseur and reinforced by their new weekly radio-show "The Sound Of Connaisseur“ o n Ibiza Global Radio. Now it is time for new music. After his tremendous debut EP "Sargas“ and his uber-remix for Of Norway feat. Linnea Dale’s "Spirit Lights“, he presents his next strike with the 4-tracker "Flora & Zephyr“. Named after the mythological love couple Flora, the Sabine-derive goddess of fowers and of the season of spring and her husband Zephyr, son of the titans Astraios und Eos, Lehar wanted to transport this passion- and romantic-laden story into his new release.

With the beatless intro track "In Ipnosi“ Lehar kicks off the release. A wonderful hypnotic affair with strong synths and shimmering percussions.

Next up is the majestic "Zephyr", a real titan of a track, with a strong groove and demanding chords. It has a cleansing and meditational impact, letting you dream while triggering an inner and outer movement.

On the fip-side, with "Horizon“ Lehar presents a collaboration with Musumeci, who just got ennobled as "The future of Italian House Music“ by Kristian from Âme for his other project combo "Human Machine“. From the beginning you can make out Musumeci’s infuence on this track, as his music never overladen. It has a clear approach with a strong recognition value, which may be the secret to his success. Each element of "Horizon“ remains in your mind after having listened to it. A guarantor for this summer, for sure.

The closing title of this EP is "Flora", a timeless and alluring cut with a dub-techno approach. Its subtle power comes from its deepness. It is simple but full of universal brilliancy.

The Italian-born duo Moonwalk add Definition:Music to their already stunning discography. Having released on labels like Dynamic, OFF and Snatch!, their EP ‘Domino’ is right at home on Definition. The title track is big, big enough for late night party people who need that extra boost of energy to take it over the top thanks to its heavy basslines and dramatic synth-work. Continuing in this fashion is ‘Turning Away’. Heavy kicks, rising arpeggios and deep, dirty basslines sprinkled with smoky vocals. The final track is slightly more House oriented. ‘Demege’ captivates us with its beautiful, melodic synth work and retro feel, yet stays dark and deep.


Moonwalk - Domino

Dusty Kid is one of most renowned Italian electronic music artists. His profile remains in the underground side of the industry but his musical skills are great and eclectic. 'Istmo' is leaded by a catchy melody surrounded by a powerful bassline and deep elements. 'Sysma' is such a real techno track, a few but well chosen elements and some original and surprising breaks… Closing the release we find 'Feelers', a track with a raw beat, big bassline and lead synth, enough to do serious damage to any techno dancefloor.

Almost 2 years after ‘Botein’, Folie a deux is back on Cinematique with a brand new EP.
Started as a project of two cousins, now only one of them is doing all the magic. Robert Gjini is the man behind the knobs and decks and continues the Folie a deux saga. With two brilliant new melodic techno burners he will make some waves for sure. 
On remix duties we welcome Sasch BBC & Caspar. Delighted to have them on the label for the first time with an excellent reinterpretation of ‘Orchestra’. We also welcome back one of our favourite resident artists Aiden. As a return favour for Folie a deux’s excellent work on Aiden’s ‘Houdje Touwtje’, the man from Rotterdam reworked ‘Red Sense’ into a trade mark trippy adventure.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Brigado Crew duo was already present on Sincopat on remix duties for beGun. Now it's time for an EP with Crisstiano filled with house and powerful techno, alongside Argentina star Hernan Cattaneo and the unstoppable Audio Junkies. All this is called Mind Blowing EP.
'Nebular' opens the cake with a clear analog sound. This amazing composition is built by several layers of hardware synths with strong organic percussions that in occasions are treated as effects. Progressive House hero Hernan Cattaneo and Telaviv genius Audio Junkies meet for a huge re-interpretation using the powerful synth that will blow your mind. For 'FM', the production team presents their fresher and more modern face into a fantastic groove. The breakdown is full of tension and people get crazy when it reaches madness at its peak point. Closing the pack we have 'Keep Working' an electronic music slice that shows the perfect balance: it can be used for a closing, but also for a decisive point of the night. The vocal is saying to you: You have to keep the fight.
