It’s my life, you don’t get a right, to an opinion on it
I know I dream too big for people to take me seriously 
They says you’re crazy till you made it, then you’re a genius obviously 

They say it’s 1 in a million, not the 99
But why couldn’t I be that 1, I’m on it like a hungry lion
I got some talent, I got a crazy work ethic, I put in the time 
Still people comfortable saying ‘I’m out of my mind

Life is random, life don’t give most people second chances 
Don’t know what’s around the corner so might as well chance it 
Could work a whole life in a job you hate 
Just to take your final breath in your sleep, not wake up the next day

A waste of a life if you ask me … 

If you love what you do, you don’t have to work another day
Its the journey not the destination, I know it’s cliche 
But I like the ring of that sentence, keeps me grounded along the way
Why work to be happy in the end, when you could be happy today?
