Dark Light is Multi-Genre Music by Multicultural Artists (#MGMC). We represent the Generation of Now and of Tomorrow, a unified collective of individuals who share a common love for music, regardless of genre. Our duo (M-Angel and Ovela) was established in 2008 in Montreal, QC (under the name of Freedom of Speech before a name change in 2009). We call our genre Nouvo Sound, a fusion of various genres, producing original tracks with cross-cultural appeal, that can be both vintage and futuristic.

M-Angel is the singer, composer, track mixer and melody provider at times during instru​mental compos​ition. Ovela is the producer, beat maker, sound engine​er, and assists with track mixing at times.
