I am very, very happy and honored to share with you the result of an intense work, a real dive of a few weeks in a rich sound universe, full of subtleties and artistic depth.
This is my remix for the Freedom Fighters' Era (Shahaf Efrat) track.

The track bears the same name as the album Era, released in April 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. A real treasure for us in this dark and strange times.
This is for me one of the most sensitive and intense psychedelic music albums ever made. It is an album to be experienced both, on and off the dance floors, in our most intimate moments. It is truly a milestone in the history of psychedelic music.
And it is a great honor for me to remix this track, which was done with such care and intention. The track is a tribute from Shahaf to the memory of Eyal Yankovich, the founder of the most legendary psytrance label that has ever existed, HOMmega.
The voice that appears on the track is that of Eyal, telling moments of a magical trajectory, from his involvement with the then emerging psytrance scene in Israel, in the early 90's, until the creation of the label in 1997, where several artists decided live together in a house full of life, and make art together, with a lot of passion and purpose.
It is a song full of nostalgia, with several unique textures. The sounds are really special, and during the production of the remix I found myself several times with my eyes closed, wondering how that time was – a time so beautiful and important for the history of psytrance and the psychedelic music.

Estou muito, muito feliz e honrado em compartilhar com vocês o resultado de um intenso trabalho, um verdadeiro mergulho de algumas semanas em um universo sonoro riquíssimo, cheio de sutilezas e profundidade artística.
Este é o meu remix para a track Era, do Freedom Fighters (Shahaf Efrat).

A track leva o mesmo nome do álbum Era, lançado em abril de 2020, no início da pandemia. Um verdadeiro tesouro para nós nestes tempos sombrios e estranhos.
Este é para mim um dos álbuns mais sensíveis e intensos de música psicodélica já feitos. É um álbum para ser experimentado tanto nas pistas, quanto fora delas, em seus momentos mais íntimos. É realmente um marco para a história da música psicodélica.
E é uma grande honra para mim remixar esta track, que foi feita com tanto carinho e intenção. A track é uma homenagem de Shahaf à memória à Eyal Yankovich, o fundador da mais lendária label de psytrance que já existiu, a HOMmega.
A voz que aparece na track é a de Eyal, contando momentos de uma trajetória mágica, desde seu envolvimento com a então emergente cena de psytrance em Israel, no início da década de 90, até a criação da label em 1997, onde vários artistas resolveram morar juntos em uma casa cheia de vida, e fazer arte juntos, com muita paixão e propósito.
É uma música cheia de nostalgia, com várias texturas únicas. Os sons são realmente especiais, e durante a produção do remix eu me peguei várias vezes com os olhos fechados, imaginando como foi aquele tempo tão bonito e importante para a história do psytrance.

Sigma is the name of the debut song that reaches the world exclusively through DM7 Records, making reference to the Greek letter used to represent the SUM in mathematics, something fundamental for the hype to happen.
