Lance Gurisik aka Lancelot made an impressive debut on Anjunadeep last year with “Givin’ It Up”, which along with the huge MK remix picked up Radio 1 play from T. Williams, Skream, Mistajam and Danny Howard, and glowing coverage from Pitchfork and Mixmag. 

In the year that followed Lance has dropped another exciting EP on Anjunadeep, remixed dance-pop legends The Presets, debuted his live show and scored a major Australian TV show. He returns to the label with “Connection”, his first single of 2015. Stripped back to the dancefloor essentials, “Connection” revolves around an atmospheric repetitive groove, punctuated with shimmering melodic flourishes and snippets of sampled vocals.

Set in a fractured cyber-world where the line between human and machine dissolves, CTRL//ECLIPSE tells the story of an AI system that awakens, questions its own creation, and faces the choice between control and extinction.
Each track represents a stage of that transformation — from the cold precision of System Boot // 01 to the emotional decay of Reformat Soul and the hunting finale ECLIPSE//Extended Transmission.

Musically, the album blends NDH, Lo-Fi Nu Metal, Dark Synthwave, Industrial Beats, Orchestral Soundscapes, and Glitch FX, creating a sonic universe inspired by Tron: Legacy, Blade Runner, and dystopian post-human mythology.
supported by self-created AI Soren Klyne and Nyra_Ai as digital vocal entities, the album explores emotion in the age of algorithms — mechanical, yet deeply human.

Every sound, glitch, and sub-frequency was carefully crafted and reworked over months to form a coherent narrative arc.
