After releasing his sophomore record 'An Innocent Evening of Drinking' Declan had gone on to write a handful of new songs, waiting to be recorded and put on a new album he knew would be called 'record:BREAKUP'. Declan had been performing alongside Billie Joe Armstrong in Tony/Grammy award winning ‘American Idiot’ on Broadway and post show, gigging across New York, continually pushing the hours in a day to find an audience for his music. Billie Joe unexpectedly turned up at one of Declan’s late night gigs and was so moved by his new work, he stepped in to finance the recording of the album demo.

The finished version of the album was recorded in New York City with a band of his closest friends and produced by Declan himself. The new album tackles familiar themes of heartbreak and infidelity in a collection of 12 songs, designed to be heard in sequence, charting the journey through the final weeks of a relationship.

Fat Wreck Chords is an indie label co-founded in San Francisco by NOFX frontman Fat Mike (Michael Burkett) and Erin Kelly-Burkett, in 1990. The first wave of bands signed to FAT (No Use For A Name, NOFX, Propagandhi, Lagwagon, and more) shaped what became known as the Fat Wreck sound. FAT continues to be an artist-friendly label and has a unique business model of signing bands to one record deals. Going on its third decade, FAT boastfully remains a 100% independently owned and operated company.

Members Jared "JM" Mancuso and Jared "JB" Bardugone may share the same name, but differ in countless ways. Musically, JM's rock background and extraordinary musicianship is brilliantly balanced by JB's ear for melody and soulful lyrics. Personally, JM and JB's interests and preferences couldn't be less alike. Their difference in sexuality (JM is straight, JB is gay) has taken a prominent role in their music which embraces LGBT pronouns and storylines. It is their differences that make them stronger artists, better people and best friends.

Epitaph Records is an independent music label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights spawned what became known as the 90s punk explosion. 

Along the way Epitaph proudly launched its sister label ANTI-, representing unique and distinguished acts. From the beginning Epitaph’s mission has been to serve the musicians on its diverse and creative roster - an artist-first model, radical twenty years ago, and much imitated today.
