Ruben Karapetyan’s RKP imprint opens the fall season by welcoming Maze 28 to the label for this debut EP. Hailing from Albania, Mario Zefi aka Maze 28 has emerged as one of his country's most hotly tipped progressive house artists. In just three short years the Durres resident has earned support from Antrim, DJ Ruby, Ruben Karapetyan, Dosem, Nick Muir, Paul Van Dyk, Stan Kolev and more, while his melodic creations have found a home on Droid9, Juicebox Music, Mango Alley. Now, following a remix of Rockka’s ‘Operator’ (via Mango Alley), Maze 28 makes a welcome debut on RKP with ‘This Is Just A Dream EP’, alongside remixes from Hernan Cattaneo & Marcelo Vasami and Fabri Lopez.

The title selection 'This Is Just A Dream' finds Maze 28 showcasing his dancefloor minded ethos. Its dominant drive is anchored by rocketing beats, phasing stabs and percussive flashes, tastefully building to a wild-eyed intensity of prismatic melodies and pyrotechnic designs. With a peak-time energy that exudes spirit, Maze 28 pulls from his expansive repertoire as the main break takes shape, infusing shimmering synths, hopeful pads and deconstructed vocals with a vortex of dynamic drums and orbiting effects; resulting in the ultimate dancefloor rush.

Rolasoul were signed to the label back in the early 2000s, producing massive tracks which were supported by the best DJs in the world. Sacorra encapsulates the spirit of Plastic Fantastic but sounds on the pulse for today’s dancefloor, and we are very proud to be launching with it. We’ve asked long-time friend of the label, Circulation to do a remix as well as Glenn Morrison who we have always admired. We are thrilled with the results.

Eleven years have passed since Hernan Cattaneo, in collaboration with Guy Mantzur, released the Delayed Green exclusively on PlattenBank Records. The wait has been worthwhile. Hernan Cattaneo, a revered figure in underground dance music, is known for his sold-out shows, impeccable music selection, and humble, almost spiritual demeanor. Unconcerned with fame, Cattaneo is dedicated solely to sound.
This commitment is evident in his latest release, featuring the title piece Tranquilo, along with remixes by remix competition winners Adrien (AR) and Franco Giannoni. True to its name, the title track exudes a carefree and peaceful vibe, perfect for summer atmospheres. Characterized by a breakbeat rhythm and emotional bliss throughout the arrangement, it culminates in the third act. In contrast, the remixes adopt a classic four-on-the-floor rhythm, each adding unique elements while preserving the essence of the original. Celebrating our 91st release as we continue the countdown to our100th, onedotsixtwo proudly presents Mind Vision, the latest EP from Uruguayan producer Juan Lagisquet. Known for his hypnotic grooves and melodic depth, Juan’s tracks have been supported by industry heavyweights like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, and Guy J. His latest work features four original tracks: Pinecone, which blends rhythmic drive with lush melodies; Mind Vision, a deeply emotive journey; Time To Forget, with atmospheric textures; and Orichalcum, showcasing sophisticated sound design.

The EP also features remixes from two outstanding artists. Brazilian duo Gorkiz & Mind Echoes, known for their releases on labels such as Transensations Records, Balkan Connection, and AH Digital, bring a dynamic and groove-oriented interpretation to Pinecone. Their music has been supported by DJs like Paul Hamilton and Ruben Karapetyan, making a significant mark in the progressive house scene.

Moshic is a globally renowned electronic music artist best known for his deep, dark, melodic, and emotional approach to progressive house. With a career spanning over two decades and more than 500 original releases, he continues to receive strong support from industry legends like Pete Tong, John Digweed, Solomun, Nicole Moudaber, Dubfire (Deep Dish), Sasha, Hernán Cattáneo, and many more. His latest tracks were recently featured by the mighty John Digweed on Bedrock Records, and he also received a special Remix from his close friend and fellow Israeli luminary Guy J, highlighting Moshic’s enduring influence and respect within the scene.
Born into a family of musicians, Moshic was surrounded by creativity from an early age. However, his musical path was deeply shaped by his time serving as a medic in the Israeli National Service at age 18—an experience that brought him face-to-face with the fragility of life and instilled in him a sense of emotional depth that would later permeate his music.
After his service, he dedicated himself entirely to electronic music—specifically progressive house, which was still under-recognized in Israel. Despite early pushback for his “dark” style, a bold move to New York City became a turning point. The city’s vibrant underground scene allowed him to fully express his vision and connect with global artists.
Moshic began releasing music under the alias Argonout, with early singles signed to the legendary Dutch label Cyber Records. One of Moshic’s first releases under his own name was the track “Nightstalker,” which quickly became an underground anthem and gained widespread recognition, featured in top compilations and praised by DJ Magazine. In a major milestone, the entire Argonout project catalog was later purchased by Armin van Buuren’s label, Armada Music, confirming its importance in progressive music history.
Building on that momentum, Moshic released the landmark compilation "Distorted Patterns," which featured top Middle Eastern talent and showcased his curatorial skills. His Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1, invited and hosted by Pete Tong, became legendary—marking him as the first Israeli artist ever featured on the show. Tong praised him as “the best Israeli thing since falafel.”
Moshic’s sound is instantly recognizable—dark, melodic, hypnotic, cinematic, and infused with subtle Middle Eastern textures. Avoiding commercial trends and easy samples, his productions are built from the ground up with emotional precision and an uncompromising vision.
With his independent label Contrast Records, Moshic provides a home for his distinct sound and a platform for rising artists who share his love for deep, boundary-pushing progressive house.
He has toured extensively around the world, released on top labels, and has been recognized three times in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs. In 2003, he won two MTV Israel Awards: Best Underground Release and Best Producer.
From Tel Aviv to Tokyo, Buenos Aires to Berlin, Moshic’s sound continues to move dancefloors, inspire producers, and remind the world that authenticity and depth will always stand the test of time.
