Italo Moderni proudly welcomes CLOSE PROXIMITY, the London-based duo, for their debut EP on the label a bold and genre-blurring release that cuts through with precision.

The four-track EP is a heady blend of ‘90s progressive influences, New beat grit, and forward-thinking techno.

Opening with Internal Vision, CLOSE PROXIMITY sets the tone: a driving, electrified cut that channels their core influences into a tense groove. It’s a statement track —urgent, layered, and unmistakably theirs.

Eclipse follows, leaning into a Belgian electro aesthetic with a rolling, chugged-out rhythm that simmers with dark energy.

The third track Euphoria Inside a shadowy trip that dives deeper into the duo’s moodier instincts, revealing their flair for a darker atmosphere.

Closing the EP is Project Realities, a track with deep spacey pads and a utopian vibe giving this final cut an expansive touch — all while keeping that signature chug intact.

We met Leese at Listen Festival in Brussels. We were already playing her tunes on YUKU for some time, but it was her Live show that really throw us off our seats. We went to giver props after the show and our vibes just clicked. “—Hey, we saw your gig, and it was amazing! We danced our legs of!”, we said. “—Yeah! I saw you!”, she said with a smile. That’s all it takes.

Leese is a Brussels-based producer and DJ who’s been getting buzz for her sound - rooted in Bass Music and pulling percussive influences from breakbeat and tribal.

From the rawest depths of the Argentine electronic scene, Sufrimiento Records announces the upcoming release of its new EP: Aislamiento Represivo, by the relentless DJ JOT. The record will be released on May 22, 2025. This marks his first album, and we are proud to have it as part of our catalog.

This EP plunges into a dark universe of techno with a strong EBM (Electronic Body Music) influence, blending mechanical and hypnotic beats with raw, intense vocals that convey all the rage and tension of its creator.

Aislamiento Represivo also features two special remixes by two key names in the Buenos Aires scene: the legendary duo KRSSV and Bruno, both bringing their unique and established vision to the original material.

The release is accompanied by striking artwork created by Argentine artist Tierras Raras.

Nearly six months since his ND debut, Baumb returns with Slinky Wink — four standout club trax. His sound? Peak-time swagger — trippy, razor-sharp, and fully locked. Weighty low-end, chopped vocals, breaks & alien FX — all hitting in just the right way.

A1 Chop Stop has a mood. Echoing calls accelerate the dance floor, a track built on stripped-back, filtered breaks & a low-end orb guiding us through the smoke. A speed garage–inflected bassline throbs beneath it all — moody, sensual, restless. An intense vocal commands the space, not just leading but seducing, shepherding the listener towards ecstasy. It's a sound we’re still uncovering, but Baumb is beginning to reveal it.

Spheres is a bouncy gem, driven by sharp hats and crisp snares, with a throbbing bassline that teases tension on the dancefloor. The main element is a bouncy, acidic jaw-harpy sound that wriggles through the mix, injecting an uplifting energy. UFO-like FX swirl through, while a vocal chop drenches ecstasy. Dub techno–esque chords layer in, adding a dusty, atmospheric depth that keeps you locked in and moving.

On the B-side, first up we get a stripped-back but mind-bending track: Sug Nite. Squelchy low-end pressure and sci-fi pads stretch out wide, while a squelchy, confused bass writhes beneath — lopsided and psychedelic. Old-school vocal chops get flipped into something fresh, and bongo-leaning drums roll through the sides, panned for full effect. Minimal on the surface, but twisted deep within.

You’d need a track this big — and this weird — to carry a title like Reptilian Humanoid. Rolling and high-grade from the jump: punchy basslines, fuzzy yet bright chords, and propulsive drums. A groover at its core, while FX drip through like vintage sci-fi and a spacey arp colors the horizon. Warped vocals haunt the mix — off-world and fully club-tuned.

Kulture Galerie returns with its fourth vinyl compilation, this time showcasing a futuristic collection of Techno and Tech House weapons with hints of Braindance, Electro and Acid. The compilation opens with tracks by London’s rising star YSANNE (Semi Delicious) and Rare Happiness, both delivering perfect dance floor destroyers, already tested in clubs around Europe.

Next, we have analogue enthusiast Perseus Traxx, with a relentless live jam packed of squelch and, on the flip side, Uncanny Valley’s Herzel who teams up here with North Macedonia's own L.O.V.D and together offer us a slow and chuggy Electro cut.

The compilation closes with Barcelona’s mysterious multitalented artist Sal Abi and his “Mariani”, a unique Machine made beat full of soul and magic. Following is the fast paced groove of “expandy” by acid maestro FLX and finally the record’s last track is the blissful and timeless “Parking” by Global Aphasia.
