WAREBLUES presents "Heat & House", a V.A. compilation album that celebrates the summer in Latin America. The album features a collection of tracks with fresh vibes and warm rhythms.

The opening track, "Deep Under" by Andy Buchan, sets a soft and relaxed style. Colau, who returns home, follows with "I'm Tired Arguing", a raw sound with a tight bass line and gangster vocals. Nico Cortazzo debuts with "Deep But Soft", a disco-infused track with a name that perfectly describes its vibes. Reagan Mian lands on WRB and presents "In My Mind", a Jack rhythm with deep keys that will make you want to dance. Then Selva shows his taste for garage sounds and sampling techniques with "Lounge Chords". The album concludes with Stogov's "Keep On", a true House poetry with samples, class, and deep melodie

Kicking things off for 2024 on Lava Lava is London-based producer Raj Panasa a.k.a. Bearface with an ode to the creative freedom of Jazz. Previous releases on Defected, Vatos Locos, Exploited and his own Beartone Records have shown his depth of skill and musicality in weaving together analogue instrumentation with digital equipment and sampling. His Harlesden Shuffle EP combines the warmth of old school Jazz records unearthed in dusty crates with the energy and flow of contemporary Deep House to make the perfect record for candle-lit bars and free & easy dance floors.

Title track Harlesden Shuffle opens up with driving 4/4 drum patterns, sub-heavy bass and a tripped out vocal sample. A hypnotic trumpet loops lead through to an absolutely sublime rhythm section. As the trumpet becomes faster and looser so does the 808-style hand claps, creating an irresistible head-nodding and body-moving track.

On the B Side, French Orkestra is a rich and Deep tapestry where warm bass and soft trumpets bounce alongside shuffling percussion. As the track develops playful piano licks, joyful clarinets and beautiful flute sections weave throughout. Looped and warped vocals add the final layer to this cut, contrasting more modern digital production methods with stunning instrumentation.

In recent years, Dzc. has emerged as a highly sought-after DJ, leaving her mark in Austria with performances at numerous venues.
As a key member of the Acid Lambada crew, she has been featured in well-established curated festivals and events, both locally and internationally.

Her productions mirror her passion for synth-driven dance music, characterized by dreamy pads and playful melodies.

No stranger to Fortunea Records, having already been featured in two editions of the Fortunea Cookies VA-Series, she is set to present her first 4-track EP in February.

The 'Conversations with Birds' EP is a meticulously balanced collection of tracks designed for each phase of a club night.

Drawing inspiration from elements of 90s House and progressive sounds, 'Visual Mind' and 'In Sight' are dreamlike journeys with lively synth melodies, joyful basslines, and captivating pads and textures. The latter has also been reworked by Fortunea regular Peletronic, infusing crisp minimalistic rhythms into his 'Blurred Vision' Mix.

The standout piece of the EP is the title track on the B-side, a beautiful composition that elicits uplifting moments and feelings of euphoria. It features emotive chords, airy strings, and soothing sustained tones that enhance the powerful groove.

The record promises to immerse listeners in an engaging journey that captures Dzc.'s distinctive vision.

'Conversations with Birds' will be digitally released on February 22, followed shortly by a limited vinyl edition.
