The album screams of high-quality production, floating between flavours of dubbed out drum & bass, deep house and dub-techno. The complex rhythmic structures standout throughout, with Javano's signature dub-wise tone encompassing it all. It's been a big wait for Temple of Sound since they last put out music into the world, but boy does this release make it worth it, it's superb.

The 3-track E.P. delivers signature 2XM sounds; floating melodics and vocal lines over intricate percussive programming, that continues to extend and cement the label’s sonic direction. “Close To Me” speaks to an internal monologue that could be found seeing in the dawn of a late club night amongst strangers, or intimately at home with the one you love.
