As &on&on, DJ’s Noni and Worth Way have been making some serious waves over the past year, being named one of DJ Mag top artists to check out in 2022 and also featured on Disclosure’s DJ Kicks compilation.

On their first release on the label, the duo boast their prowess in composing uplifting, melodic dance music which draws on myriad influences to create unique and innovative sounds. Whilst every track on Mentalphysics has fun and festivity at its core, some take their inspiration from disco (‘Mid Valley’), whilst others from groovy deep house (‘All Day’) or breakbeat (‘Delta T’). Finally, ‘Melted’ subtly evokes speed garage in the way the bass dips, giving the track lots of depth and ‘Samo’ brings things to an anthemic close with reverberating cymbals filling any space with body and movement.

This year's compilation is dedicated to Mahsa Amini and the protest movement her tragic death has caused. We mean to make a contribution to support the situation of women in Iran by donating all revenues to the 'Center For Human Rights In Iran' (www.iranhumanrights.org)

The works of long-familiar label associates as well as fresh fellows of Blaq Numbers from all over the globe compile yet another grand collection of sounds covering a broad spectrum from laidback jazzy vibes to glowing house and italo vibes. B2 - German musician Palmate continues the vibe with his dreamy and slightly lo-fi deep house "departure," which sounds like you're going home with happy recollections after a fantastic time with old friends.

B3 - The conclusion of this story will be presented to us by Dj Bigspin, a musician originally from France who now lives in Copenhagen.
He reminds us with his melancholic deep acid house that every good book finally comes to an end, which marks the inevitable finish of this record.

Maryag's mini-album "History B" is born out of the intricacy of history, in which we search for sincere human emotions. Like any search, the music here represents a combination of paths towards truth, blending styles and musical influences, seasoned with experimentation. British sound, African percussion, stretched Moog basslines, and ambient synthesized textures all come together in Maryag's new release - "History B."

Maryag is the pseudonym of Maxim Zhestkov, who combines the roles of musician, DJ, and producer. Over the past few years, his work has appeared on independent labels such as FROUFROUFROU, Inhale Exhale, Bellissima! Records, and others, and his mixes often appear on various online radio stations. Preferring Detroit house and New York disco sound, he sometimes ventures into experimenting with broken beats, introspective melodies, and elongated basslines.

For our fourteenth release we head to Barcelona and welcome an institution of the city's fast moving electronic scene. Pau Roca has an adaptable attitude to music; deftly turning his hand to house, disco, boogie and electronic elements in a 15 year career that has seen him perform all over Europe. 

The SS20 EP comprises three original tracks that take influence from deep house, acid, breaks and chilled moments. Remixes come in the form of one of Europe’s hottest DJ and production duo’s Eternal Love, and the label’s own Joe Morris.
