Hilsdon, a DJ and producer born in Birmingham, is an exciting, emerging talent in the UK's underground music scene, making a name for himself by weaving together Progressive House and Melodic House & Techno to create his signature energetic and driving progressive sound. From a young age, Hilsdon has been heavily influenced by Trance, House, and Balearic styles of music, drawing on these influences to inject emotion and groove into every set, entrancing the dancefloor with hypnotic melodies, evocative vocals and rolling basslines.

The head of Orphic has performed up and down the UK, supporting huge international artists such as Korolova, Michael Hooker and Bound To Divide, while performing at iconic venues like EGG London. What sets Hilsdon apart is his drive and willingness to push new, exciting sounds within Birmingham through his event brand Orphic, bringing through up-and-coming talent and creating a community for progressive and melodic styles of music.

Favouring a deeper, darker progressive sound, Hilsdon draws on his idols Cristoph, Dosem, GMJ, Dmitry Molosh and influential labels like Sudbeat, UV, Balkan Connection, Siona Records and Lost & Found, to craft his own interpretation of progressive & melodic music, ready to take the underground scene by storm. He marks 2024 with his debut release on North Origin Records, with a further release in the summer on Freegrant Music's sub-label, Big Toys Production, and more to come in the later year.
