Easier is an ecstatic dance practice that invites us to embrace the full spectrum of our emotions and feelings with grace and compassion. It is a sanctuary for self-expression, where we can let our emotions flow freely, be kind to ourselves, and find ease even in difficult moments.



BITF 2024 Ecstatic Dance- Easier

This was my August 4th 2024, guest dj debut at DT here in the Comox Valley. My third live ecstatic dance mix. As a thank you for all the medicine received attending DT for two years, playfullness was a potent theme that I was called to channel. Leading up to this mix, I was greeted with my own heightened anxieties over xy & z. "Never give up the spirit of play" was my advice to my inner child in a guided meditation many moons ago. This was a lovely antidote to the anxiety contributing to my contraction, that after Sunday has me in a more expansive expression of myself and inspirations. 

     This has two firey peaks instead of one. It was important to allow a cool down during this August long heat. All so we could really drop into our second firey peak. Have a listen when you have the 80 minutes to drop in and your soul needs play!
