The Bleak Winds Scream represents the first stage of grief, the overwhelming feelings that lead to denial of the trauma. Most of the lyrics are from a poem I wrote a few weeks after the loss titled “Wind Howls.”

Aeternum Vale, Latin for “Farewell Forever” represents the final stages of grief, depression and eventually the acceptance of the trauma. Like The Bleak Winds Scream the lyrics of this song are inspired from poems I wrote a few years back when I first started therapy.
