__________born september 17th, 1969, he lives there, and works here today.
motif_r works with choreographers, experimental video artists, writers, and he often scores film music.
He's coming from the early rave times, after having been taken by storm by the Acid House movement and the following bastard children of this music (hard acid rave, jungle/d'n'b, glitchy beats, etc...) , he was and still is electro-shocked.
He currently plays a very versatile music.
Sometimes it's only processed microphone-recorded sounds (let's call it «&nbsp;musique concrete&nbsp;»)
OR,
during live gigs he improvises in real-time, using various sound sources (old toys, computer, analog equipment, delays, etc...)
His music is a non-progressive mix of granular ambient, field recordings, 8-bit bleeps &amp; kicks, and fractured breakbeats.
… Uplifting you to the extatic noise / breakcore mayhem.
