Certainly, my name is Iggy, I’ll be clocking 32 years of age in a few months.  Born and Bred in Kansas (physically) & Puerto Rico (spiritually), raised in Florida, and re-residing in Kansas City, MO at the moment.


If you could place a dj booth anywhere in the world… where would it be & what would you play? 

I’m going to need a time machine, but I want to be in a forest in the late Cretaceous period playing Jazz-Funk chillers for the first bees and flowers to ever exist! 

Favorite late night snack? 

(thinking emoji) Tough… A nice bowl of cereal with a minimum of one refill.

Advice to beginning dj’s? 

Do your own thing, play what you love, learn about what you love, be kind to everyone who works with you, be humble, tip well, don’t order the special (it’s mostly leftovers).

Favorite club & why?

The (now-defunct) Emerald Space in Kansas City, MO because it was the real beginning for me and I have got so many fond memories of throwing and playing Botnet (RIP 2008-2010) parties there.

This mix served as an exercise for him to find a meeting point between sounds that initially sparked his interest in the genre of electronic music in the early 2000’s, and the stuff him, his friends, and contemporaries are making now. A sentiment to a past self through moods and melodic elements.
