Partyfine is more than a record label. It’s an imprint powered by a collective of like-minded individuals and highly-talented artists, all brought together by the musical vision of one of France’s most prolific artists, Yuksek. 

Since the label’s conception a year ago, Yuksek has assembled a family-like unit of producers and vocalists, all of whom are in keeping with the Partyfine ethos, which is to provide quality music that always maintains heart and substance. Luscious synths, sweeping vocals, emotive melodies and powerful ballads all have a place on Partyfine. 

The launch release came from the label-head and featured Juveniles and Oh Land!. This was just the beginning and now Yuksek celebrates 12 months of musical curation with a best-of CD. 

The Partyfine roster are all represented and the best tracks have been compiled for a label retrospective. There are tracks from family members Villa, The Alexanders (Yuksek & Alex Metric), Black Yaya, Peter & The Magician (Yuksek & The Magician) and Crayon, but of course that’s not all. Friends of the label are also included, with exclusive cuts from Clarens, Darius, Get A Room!, Michael Garçon, Chassol & Poom all included and further promoting the Partyfine feel.

With plaudits won from the industry’s finest such as Busy P, Tensnake, Annie Nightingale MBE, Gilles Peterson, Annie Mac and Rob Da Bank, the future starts here for Yuksek and his musical brainchild.

“Without Intermission” is a melodic house track that grows into a pop-feel tune with abstract chopped vocal arp. All these elements are built above a huge and effective bass sound that will unglue your feet out of the bar.
“Bulletproof” reveals itself as a dance floor filler made of synthetic tropical sounds that Paredes mixed so well with Garage elements, summing everything into an irresistible groove.
With “Gold Rush” Paredes teams up with his friend Hannes Rasmus and get a little bit more gloomy. It’s dark house music with an introspective mellow appeal and stab sounds. Something really special for your mind.

“Work it Out” is the new single by Moullinex, featuring Fritz Helder(of Azari & III).

It is dirty, groove-infused, sexually charged, and perfectly combines the best elements of a great funk song with those of an underground club anthem.

The collaboration between Moullinex and Fritz felt immediately natural, and the result is a contagiously catchy jam. Being mutual fans, and both sharing a deep love for unapologetic, in-your-face funk artists like Cameo, Rick James, Colonel Abrams and of course, Prince, the collaboration felt immediately natural. The result is a celebratory purge of everyday pressure, the perfect soundtrack for that exact moment when one chooses 
not to deal with someone else’s BS.

HYPERSEX is name of the new Moullinex album, out this fall. It’s a collective love letter to club culture, and a celebration of love, inclusion and difference.

Whilst the pair grew up almost 1500 km apart, Magnus north of the Arctic Circle and Johannes in the south of the country, they shared a passion for both music and outer space. Now both based in Bergen, the cultural capital of Norway, the duo have married those twin obsessions to craft a number of critically acclaimed singles for Belgium’s Eskimo Recordings. For ‘Anyone Out There?’ the duo have teamed up with 'Cal', the alias of singer and songwriter Frida Amundsen who at just 24 already has two studio albums, several hit singles and years of song writing experience under her belt and whose stunning vocals lift the track into high-orbit.

“It’s easy to end up feeling lost in this world, even though it should feel like home,” explain Atella. “Seeing a shining future from afar doesn’t mean that this is what we are dreaming of. As we are closing in, things might get clearer. If we then suddenly realize we chose a wrong path, should we turn back and go to start, or should we keep on going, in a new direction? «Anyone Out There?» Picks up signals from the past and shoots them into the future.
