Mono-Amine - Shutdown the Farm
One of the few Dutch producers to have successfully managed to mark its presence on the international industrial/noise scene but also the obscure free-party underworld, Mono-Amine guarantees the most destructive distortions while maintaining a mental flow. With “Shutdown the Farm” he enforces his style with maximum pressure and funk, aimed for large obsolete warehouses and dark subterran wastelands.

D-Cursed & Jacob Inhuman - Nobody Wants To Die
Our residents teamed up for a wonderfully efficient collab for the break side of the release. This is one strong weapon for those into heavy Drum ’n Bass. D-Cursed & Jacob Inhuman planned their assault; with loud kicks & snares, deep and gritty baselines, sweeping sirens and jagged vocals, this is “Nobody Wants to Die”! 

D-Cursed - The Terror
As one of Hit ’n Runs most prominent artists, D-Cursed is sending a bold message for the headstrong with his track: “The Terror”. With its twisted amens, punchy breaks and distorted hardcore kicks, the track is a dense exercise in dancefloor mayhem. Beware of this weapon of dance destruction!

Terror-core, terror, of in het Netherlands en het Frans ook wel eens aangeduid als terreur, is muziekgenre dat rond 1996 in de Verenigde Staten is ontstaan en is kort daarna overgewaaid naar Europa. Nederland en Duitsland hebben de grootste terrorscene.

Abstract gezien is het een "snellere" variant van hardcore house. Vergeleken met andere Hardcore-genres zoals breakcore - dat gebruik maakt van de invloeden van de breakbeat, en speedcore, dat zich concentreert op de versnellende beats per minuut - is terror een lastig te definiëren muzieksoort omdat elke luisteraar een andere interpretatie van de muziek heeft. De meest voorkomende omschrijving is dat terror bepaalde geluiden synthetiseert om ze een terroreffect te geven, regelmatig met een flinke korrel zout genomen. Vaak worden er aan terror zogenoemde "scherp klinkende" geluiden toegevoegd. Dit laatste effect onderscheidt de terreur van andere muziekstromingen binnen de hardcore.

Terror voldoet in veel gevallen aan de volgende criteria:

    * Tracks met 200 tot 250 beats per minuut
    * Tracks met gevarieerde lagen geluid.
    * Tracks met heavy-guitargeluiden afkomstig van opnamen van metalbands of gehaald uit (horror)films.

In Nederland, Duitsland, de Verenigde Staten, Engeland, Canada en Australië bestaat een terrorscene.

Veel terrorcore-artiesten houden zich tevens bezig met speedcore, breakcore, darkcore en in sommige gevallen nog andere vormen van (hardcore) house. Bekende terrorartiesten zijn o.a. DJ Akira, Bonehead, Angernoizer, Drokz, Noisekick, Psyclown, Plague en Noizefucker. Verschillende (soms kleine, onafhankelijke) platenlabels hebben zich toegelegd op het uitbrengen van terrorcore, soms naast Darkcore, Frenchcore of Speedcore. Een voorbeeld is het Nederlandse label Hong Kong Violence, van DJ Akira.

In Nederland worden verschillende evenementen georganiseerd die zich in het bijzonder op terror richten, waarvan P.O.R.N. het oudste is. Dit evenement wordt al sinds 1998 door The Hague Terror Squad (T-T-S) georganiseerd.

Ook op grotere feesten met een wat breder muzikaal karakter, zoals Thunderdome, Masters of Hardcore, Nightmare in Rotterdam en Dominator (waar T-T-S een area heeft met P.O.R.N.) hebben tegenwoordig een op terror gerichte zaal of onderdeel.

Er is overigens een metalcore band genaamd Terror. Deze band heeft echter niets te maken met Terrorcore want dat is een Metalvariant.
