About this journey:
Sinfonía Lunar - a sonic compilation in honour of our beautiful & ever-present planetary companion. Always looking so utterly beautiful in all of her diverse appearances. While affecting so much of our daily lives with many of us not even consciously noticing what I appreciate most about her is the cyclic energy she delivers. Initiating as well as terminating different periods. This mix was recorded during the New Moon in the beginning of October and represents not only the shift into a new lunar cycle but also the slow shift from the super dynamic & high energy summer season into the shorter, slower and cosier days of autumn and winter. It’s time to decelerate and journey into oneself. Let’s reflect and process all that happened during the spring & summer months of 2024. Continually riding the smooth wave of 94 BPM, this mix is a trip through some very hypnotic, deep and organic downtempo that genuinely affected me all throughout the year and especially recently. Saymon aka. Sneffinsky is the physical form of a soul constantly drifting through the cosmos, continuously inspired by new impulses and styles - the manifestation of life in the drift, whis results in enjoying and playing a wide variety of different styles and BPM ranges. For a while now he has immersed himself into the multilayered cloud of downtempo music, with which he feels he can create rooms that have the highest potential to truly connect to our inner essence. His current base is Berlin - however, having living in many different places and frequently roaming throughout this planet is Sneffinsky’s life elixir that keeps inspiring and providing him with new insights.

Somewhere, way up there in a galaxy far, far away, there was a boy floating around in space.
This boy’s head was filled with sounds so trippy, so unique and so melancholic - that when an idea came, it was unlike anything you’d ever heard before. The boy’s ears were filled with endless amounts of recycled stardust - so that whenever he put on his headphones to make music, everything he created sounded like heaven. And the boy’s mind was constantly buzzing with impulses - so that whenever he expressed himself, they came pouring out of him in the form of sublime music. To us, he is known as Ninze.
Ninze is multi-faceted, yet utterly recognisable in his style. Having first taken the music scene by storm with unique productions and famously slo-ow DJ sets alongside his 2nd half Okaxy, he has since evolved as a solo artist as well as a member of the production- and live performance trio Wide Awake. 
No matter what he does, you can always hear it: that distinct sound that makes your knees feel like jelly and your thoughts like cloudy shadows. It’s a vibe that transports you to a place in your mind, something in between diving into trippy underwater melancholia and shooting up into deep cosmic space.
It’s only fitting then that our next podcast is a live set recorded specially for the Urban Cosmic Universe. If you listen closely, you’ll notice the little shooting stars, pulling you deeper and deeper into a world you can lose yourself in with ease. 
So finally, to quote the man himself: “roll it up, light it up, press play”*

Ich wusste nicht, wie ich das nennen sollte, und ich weiß es auch heute noch nicht, vielmehr ich kann nicht bestimmen, inwieweit das an der Stimme lag oder an etwas Wichtigerem, das unmittelbar aus dem Herzen quillt, das die Kraft hat, in anderen die gleiche Erregung auszulösen. ... Mir erschienen auf einmal all seine seltsamen Gewohnheiten, die bei den Leuten Unverständnis und Spott hervorriefen - seine Verträumtheit, seine Neigung zur Einsamkeit, seine Schweigsamkeit -, in einem anderen Licht. Ich wusste jetzt, warum er abendlang auf dem Wachthügel saß, warum er die Nächte einsam am Fluß verbrachte, warum er ständig nur ihm wahrnehmbaren Klängen nachlauschte und warum seine Augen zuweilen aufloderten und die Brauen sich plötzlich erwartungsvoll hoben. Das war ein Mensch, der eine tiefe Liebe in sich trug. Keine Liebe, das fühlte ich, wie man sie für einen anderen empfindet, sondern eine weit größere, die Liebe zum Leben, zur Erde. Ja, er verwahrte diese Liebe in sich, in seiner Musik, er lebte durch sie."

This year has been even more crazy than the ones before and I am already looking very much forward to everything that lies ahead. Originating from ancient Greek, Mousikē is the union of 3 things; words with or without meaning, physical moves that we call dance and the evolution of music.

Rising from the land of muses, Anatolia; Mousikē started as a Soundcloud page & private parties in Istanbul. Now it turned into a series of musical gatherings all around the world, which ended up as a vibrant community with a great variety of colours and tastes.

With launch of Mousikē Records, roots of our young tree are expanding to various channels and music platforms to grow & give more goods to wider community; and eventually die and decompose to its core elements which will become life & inspiration to other livings in the universe.
