irises expanding as the rhymes align with tidal winds
and forces from the galaxy consort with every line that's spit

faking confidence and following a snaking trail
through passages of affluence with aforementioned rain and hail

just trying to find an ending to this passage
that isn't death or neglegence or existential madness
so, floating in my raft through this ocean of posits
