Movement Limited continues its 2025 catalog by welcoming Brazilian producer and DJ RODRI_GO with his debut EP titled LA'Botanica. The two-track release showcases RODRI_GO's unique blend of organic grooves, melodic detail, and emotive storytelling.

Hailing from Blumenau in Santa Catarina, Brazil, Rodrigo Oliveira has been steadily rising within the melodic and deep progressive landscape. With past appearances on respected imprints like The Purr, COMET Records, and Dear Deer, his productions have drawn attention for their lush textures, subtle musicality, and smooth rhythmic flow.

Opening the release is the title track LA'Botanica, a warm and groove-heavy journey layered with earthy elements and fluttering melodic phrases. Rooted in natural ambiance and deep musicality, the track unfolds gradually with immersive textures and elegant transitions.

The second track Traveling in the Breeze follows with a more introspective tone. Soaring pads, dreamy synth lines, and soft percussive elements create a sense of space and movement. It's a reflective, late-night piece that balances mood and rhythm with finesse.

Movement Recordings opens its spring season by welcoming Brazilian duo RIKO & GUGGA back to the label with their first full release, Berserker, alongside a remix from label boss Tash.

Known for fusing the retro sound of the 80s with the pulsating energy of modern electronic music, RIKO & GUGGA have carved out a distinctive lane, blending Indie, Techno, and House into productions that resonate globally. With releases on Hollystone Records, Running Clouds, Sprout, and Perspectives Digital, the São Paulo based artists made their Movement debut in 2024 with a standout remix of Tash’s Vital Energy. Now stepping into the spotlight with their own material, the duo delivers Berserker, a powerful statement of their evolving sound.

The original mix of ""Berserker"" is a muscular peak time weapon, where rolling basslines and driving grooves set the foundation. Tense atmospheres, hypnotic stabs, and processed vocals converge into a heady narrative, leading into a break of soaring emotion before launching back into a thunderous finale. Energetic yet refined, it captures the duo’s flair for retro futuristic design and festival sized dynamics.

Taking the reins for the lone interpretation is Tash, one of Greece’s most established names in electronic music and the creative force behind Movement Recordings. A Thessaloniki based DJ and artist, Tash has built a legacy through releases on Mango Alley, FSOE UV/UV Noir, Harabe, and Plattenbank, while remaining a constant presence on international stages from Greece to India. On his remix of ""Berserker"", Tash dials into the track’s tougher framework, emphasizing heavy low end drive and intricate percussion, while reshaping its melodic core into a tense, evolving journey. The result is a timeless version equally suited for dark rooms or open air settings.

With RIKO & GUGGA’s explosive original and Tash’s powerful rework, Berserker makes for a high impact addition to Movement’s 2025 catalog, bridging Brazilian energy with Greek mastery for a release destined to light up global dancefloors.

"Nōpi is a newborn producer project from Ukrania. Established in early 2019, Nōpi was able to score releases on significant labels and his continuous flow of giveaways has quickly gained him some recognition. We are happy to help the young talent on his rise to the top and showcase 2 groovy, melodic house tracks, supported by our dreamy family-members Yoni Yarchi and Daniel van der Zwaag.

Daynight is able to deliver a bouncy and energetic baseline groove, further enforced with tight shakers and warm percussions. Gentle piano chords and soothing vocals are layered upon the bases and build a coherent atmosphere, that is characterized by subtle textures and smartly placed pad-sweeps.

With peculiar tension, main title track "The Forest" opens up its intro. A collaborating space of fieldrecordings set the mood of this song, while patient piano melodies and a warm, low-end bassline push the production forward. Subtle chants and an array of pads, create a haunting atmosphere - An adventure of mystical soundscapes, that is reshaped by our NWS-dreamers Yoni Yarchi and Daniel van der Zwaag.

Yoni's remix immediately takes a brighter and life-affirming turn, by implementing an uprising & warm bassline, energetic percussions and a flourishing synth, that is playful and charming. Elevating pads and charismatic textures, give Yoni's take and innocent feel in the most positive way.

A beafy low-end and hypnotic rhythmics are the foundation of Daniel van der Zwaag's deeper approach. The symbiosis of the lonely piano with wide and open soundscapes, create the atmosphere of a lonely walk in the woods. The complementing layers of a pushing groove and an intimate top create an interesting feel, that keeps up the mystery of the original, fortifies it and reflects the story of a forsaken place.
