Behold: an 8-bit remix of Master Porky's Theme, using both the VRC6 and the MMC5 expansion chips! As well as an 8-bit battle sprite of Porky, using real NES colours and limitations!

“Perseids 🌠” is about a time when some friends and I went on a weekend road trip out to the desert to watch the Perseids.

The Perseids meteor shower is visible from mid-July to late August every year, with its peak happening on August 12–13!

The first version of this track was featured during Snowdrop Festival 2022, held by Infloresce Records. This single release version of “Perseids 🌠” features new violin and viola performances by Michaela Nachtigall.

Started this track a year ago... was digging the vibe and interplay between vocals and instruments, but put it aside when my brain couldn't sort out how to finish it. Picked it back up again a few weeks ago with some fresh energy. Still some things that could/should be tweaked but as always "my next track will be perfect"...
