‘Jenny’ talks about experiencing dark moments in your life and feeling like there is no possible way out of it. We wanted to explore the way someone might perceive the world through this lense of anxiety and hopelessness and it made us wonder what it might take for that person to see a silver lining and to feel like they belong again. ‘Jenny’ is the second single off the upcoming album ‘Home’. It was written and recorded in one day and came together very intuitively.

MP Grey writes the kind of songs that sit just left of the mainstream : thoughtful, melodic, and quietly powerful. Based in Germany, he’s a songwriter and producer whose story begins in the shadow of a divided Berlin. Classically trained in piano as a kid, he later found his way into rock bands, where he began writing songs of his own. A detour into economics followed, but the music never stopped.
