Lush harmony, intricate percussion and interlocking melodies come together on this beautiful new tune titled "Blue Macaw" from Slowya.roll & Anatole Muster. Featuring Hadrien Feraud on bass, the track bobs and weaves through a mixture of Brazilian rhythms, jazz fusion and electronic music expertly crafted over a foundation of thumping bass and pulsing, danceable drums. It's the second single from Slowya.roll's upcoming full length record, so stay tuned for more music coming very soon!

The original version of the track was recorded in Marfa, TX, before the band commenced official tracking for 'Shields' in Cape Cod and New York, and was released earlier this month on 'Shields Expanded' and 'Shields B-Sides.' The collections build on their acclaimed 2012 iTunes Album of the Year with exclusive b-sides, demos, and remixes.

'Shields' was released to some of 2012's best reviews, with Pitchfork calling it "magnificently epic" and the NY Times hailing it as "enthralling." The band performed tracks from the album on Colbert, Fallon, Letterman, Leno, Austin City Limits, and Ellen, and played their biggest headlining and international festival shows to date.

Hi-Hat Club Vol 5 - Haus & Garten” Remix EP

Tofu is the white cat on the front cover, Alter is the spotty one on the back. Both share their crib with DJ Adlib who is extending his Hi-Hat Club record “Haus & Garten” with this EP. “Tofu & Alter” assembles six remixes by Dexter, James Pants, Julian Dyne, TBRCK, Danny Breaks and Adlib himself. Featuring Declaime, Black Spade,  Frank Nitt, The Primeridian, Panet Asia and Adi Dick (Fat Freddy's Drop) on vocals. Robert Winter did the photos and Chicken George the artwork.

Tofu ist die weisse Katze vorne auf dem Cover, Alter ist die gescheckte auf der Rückseite.
