Featuring Hadrien Feraud on bass, the track bobs and weaves through a mixture of Brazilian rhythms, jazz fusion and electronic music expertly crafted over a foundation of thumping bass and pulsing, danceable drums. It's the second single from Slowya.roll's upcoming full length record, so stay tuned for more music coming very soon!

"It's about finding new eyes. Seeing the old and everyday that has become the background of my life with a fresh sense of wonder. Years ago, I went to Berlin, crashed on a friend's floor and walked and walked. Even through the cold faced grey of Berlin winter, the city felt so full of life and it all felt so new to me. There are moments where I have these eyes again in the most surprising of places: an old neighborhood I used to live in, a friend's face, the sunset through the McDonald's golden arches out my bedroom window. And they all remind me that the world can be beautiful and good."

Last November London jazz rap duo Summers Sons released their second full-lenght album „The Rain“. Now we follow-up with „Beats From The Rain“, an instrumental version of the original album. Producer Slim has scrapped all vocals from his rhyming partner (and brother) Turt and has re-arranged the instrumentals. We call the new versions „Beat Edits“ and they are showing once again why Slim is one of our favourite UK producers. 

All beats from "The Rain” will be released as “Beats From The Rain” instrumental album on March 13th .
