Born Derek James, on November 25, 1992 into a family of 11. As the youngest boy, Derek knew even at his young age he wanted to achieve greatness. Along his journey of life, Derek has struggled with a few "speed bumps " , growing up in a small city know as, the Hill Top, of Tacoma, Wa. Derek has not let the reputation of his city, being known as a gang infested and high drug trafficking area, throw him off his road to success. Derek continues to work and strive hard, everyday, to reach his dream as a well renowned Rap and Hip Hop artist.
