Typical 128bpm four-to-the-floor housey melodic stuff

This is a collaboration track I created with DJ/Electro House producer Josh Goodwill. Since we both create radically different kinds of music, we decided to collaborate and create a track together. After hours in the studio we ended up with this.

The track itself was created from the concept of mystery and two worlds. One is a happy, calm place which is personified by the uplifting chords, warm melodies and light plucking synths, and the other is a much darker, more intimidating place. Pretty-much a complete overhaul of my older track, Night in the City. There's plenty more I could (and probably should) have done with it, but honestly, I just want to move on from this track now. Enjoy!

Night in the City

This track was inspired by the music in Sega games from the 90s, such as Streets of Rage, Vectorman and the infamous Sonic R. I tried to combine a traditional 90s organ bass with chip sounds and bright, uplifting melodies.
