We are an energetic 6-piece electric folk rock band from Cornwall bringing you foot-stomping high octane fun since 2008.
"The most original band operating in Cornwall at the moment" (Tim Carter, presenter at Somer Valley FM).

I'm a writer and editor based in Lancaster. Check out my podcasts Pet Projects (in which I interview creative types about their pets - and their projects), First Impressions (a surreal slice of literary cheesecake), and Monkey Scribbling (two older blokes reflect on their youth in the '90s through the letters they exchanged at the time). 

Pet Projects is a collaboration with Ana Rebolledo and Monkey Scribbling with Richard Pye. 

The family band I formed with my brother, Decaying Leather, in 1989 continues to write and record. Our music can also be found on SoundCloud and elsewhere.

We formed in 2003 when we started jamming over drum loops and beats created on Logic and Reason. It was just a laugh at first after work but then we sent a demo into 'Glastonbury's emerging talent competition' - it was the first year they ran it and lo and behold we got through to the finals! It was a great start for us because we got to know some great people involved in Glastonbury and we've been back to play there several times since. This also led to more festival slots such as 'The Workhouse', 'Off the Tracks' and 'The Glade'. We've done a fair few parties and nights around and about too.

We try to capture those magical moments that just slot together when jamming in our music. A lot of the time we simply jam and press record and then cut up the material afterwards, maybe adding or re-recording some bits or just leaving it as it is, we're not too fussed about a totally crisp and polished production to be honest, but we do try to have it 'presentable'.

We're well up for collaborations, anybody wants to remix, cut up, rap over, sing over...anything please don't hesitate to contact us.
