The structure of the song, which starts over and evolves in different ways, serves to reflect the cyclical and unpredictable nature of these tensions. My hope is that the music can provide a moment of reflection and contemplation, and perhaps even offer a sense of comfort or release in the face of these challenges

With this track, I wanted to try something different by keeping the rhythm very flexible while still giving it a high recognition value. I also participated with this track in a project by the music producer SonicRider and one of his releases called: memo - mr.coon for my 7 tracks.

With this song, I wanted to explore what happens when I freely experiment with a simple melody. The rhythmic part also feels hand-played, offering plenty of room for interpretation. The title 'To Wangle' means something like 'achieving something skillfully or in an unconventional way.' This is exactly reflected in the track – a playful, improvised approach to melody and rhythm. The sound evolves organically, as if finding its own path, full of unexpected twists and creative freedom.

With this composition, I want to convey a calming message: The song starts off uncertain and thoughtful but gradually becomes more relaxed, with a beat that slightly resembles Drum and Bass. It is meant to remind someone who is worried that everything will be fine. The song basically says "Be fine" – don’t overthink things, just trust that everything will fall into place. The music reflects this sense of calm and is meant to bring a feeling of confidence and inner peace.

that never arrived.
It was meant to meet this rhythm,
to glide above the pulse,
and fill the silence with something warm.
But sometimes, music starts alone.
No echo. No reply.
Just a pulse.
This beat was waiting – for someone,
maybe her.
She never sang.
Maybe she couldn't.
And I kept building…
layer after layer…
hoping she'd return in sound.
But in the end,
all I had was this –
a song,

The exhibition arose from digital collapse – a corrupted archive – and transformed broken files into aesthetic forms inspired by Japanese Kintsugi.
This track acts as a sonic counterpart to that moment: fragmented, open, yet strangely whole.

A piece that defies classical form — its structure lies in constant transformation.
A sound fragment. A space in between.

Step by step, through shadows and half-lit spaces. The movement lingers, stumbles, and drifts, never quite reaching a destination. “Sad to Say” reflects on the unseen consequences of loud celebrations.
Inspired by the impact sudden noise can have on animals and nature, the track expresses quiet concern rather than protest.
It is not a statement of accusation, but an invitation to awareness — letting the music speak where words would be. This track uses distortion and sonic overload as a deliberate tool.
It is constructed to reflect how intense noise can be perceived by animals — chaotic, invasive, and impossible to escape.
It avoids narrative or explanation, allowing the sound itself to communicate the impact.

mr.coon (real name Gerhard Martini) was born in 1972 in Bolzano, South Tyrol. Raised in Terlan, he initially pursued the visual arts by attending the Academy of Painting in Florence, but soon discovered his true passion in music. After making his first steps into the industry through TV and radio spots, his budding career was abruptly halted in 1998 when he suffered a traumatic brain injury just two weeks after his first live performance. Despite the challenges of recovery and the burden of strong medication, Gerhard found the strength to rebuild his life and channel his technical skills into music production.

In 2004, he released his debut album Die Träumer in collaboration with Martin Troger. In 2010, he earned a scholarship to the Music and Media Academy in Hamburg, where he graduated as a music designer. Today, mr.coon dedicates himself entirely to his music and creative projects, collaborating with other artists
