Minato Namikaze, a character from the anime and manga Naruto, is famous for being the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure, renowned for his incredible speed and tactical genius in battle. He earned the title "Yellow Flash" due to his use of the Flying Thunder God Technique, which allowed him to teleport instantly across vast distances. Minato is also well-known for being the father of the series' protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki, and for sacrificing his life to save the village from the Nine-Tails, sealing the beast inside his newborn son.

The concept behind “Paradise + Hell” revolves around the idea of creating two distinct worlds, reflected in the two drops of the track. 

The first drop, with its melodic and uplifting tone, evokes the feeling of Paradise, while the second, darker and more intense, represents Hell. This duality aligns perfectly with the title.

The artist also aimed to merge an old-school vibe with modern production techniques, striking a balance between nostalgia and innovation.

Originally released on vinyl by R&S in 1994, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ was re-earthed in 2016 by Nina Kraviz and Ricardo Villalobos, becoming a secret weapon on dancefloors 22 years after its original release. On December 16, ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ gets its first digital release on R&S.
 
Josh Wink has always been ahead of musical trends and walks his own path in dance music. From a young age Wink was exposed to different mysticism and consciousness philosophies. “It wasn’t a big, popular or trendy thing to do at the time, but I was 14 and just did what my mother did… Releasing tracks like ‘Meditation Will Manifest’ and ‘Higher States of Consciousness’, people looked at me as being this deeply profound spiritual guy, but I never really thought about it in that way, even though I’m really into repetitive, transcendental and meditative rhythms. I don’t do drugs, so I never really had another outlet to get into alternative states.” – Josh Wink (taken from recent Mixmag article).

Producer and DJ focused on acidic grooves and deep, hypnotic rhythms influenced by old school Detroit techno and earlier synth-based sounds especially Kraftwerk. I create progressive house and techno using a dawless setup which brings a hands-on, live feel to every track.
