Orliah - The Lesson

At 47 years young, I decided I wanted to be a DJ and tech artist. This is my second song using Maschine. It sucks, but these first songs are the foundations right?

Heart Of The System

This is approximately my 5th song and I'm 12 months in. It is the direction I want to go. 

I called it Work It as it is the first song I worked hard to master - and it sucked. So it was an experiement on whether I could battle through and complete it. 

The bassline and a few parts are messy, but I'll revisit it in 6 months or so. For now I've heard it enough! 

I had fun though, learned loads, and would actually listen to this one of my songs - so we're headed in the right direction!

The is the first song I'm happy with. With a few techniques under my belt now I'm slowly starting to get out of Maschine what is in my head. Still have fristrations, but overall I'm happy with this Got The Flow. 

I dream of putting together a band (a live PA) with bassist and drummer etc., Prodigy style. I think clubs need live acts again.

Got The Flow

I'm Mr_Formula, a 48-year old Brit who decided in May 2025 he wanted to make electronic music and start a new life as an artist and DJ. I am brand new to this and still don't have my controller... 

But using Maschine I made my first song Orliah - The Lesson. 

It's only up from here and I hope you'll follow on the journey.
