Mr_Jay ia a purvayor of deep, infectious dance grooves and a positive vibe. He is a 19 year old DJ and producer hailing from the hilly lands of the Shire, a resident at Electric Ballroom, Twisted Burlesque, Audiyogo, Pulse Shrewsbury and Reloaded. Also playing regularly at Sub Kutz and Planet of the Breakz nights, Mr Jay has played on line ups along side acts such as Herve/Krafty Kuts/Koan Sound/A.Skills/Jigsaw and many more.

Condo Records is brand new independent, UK based collective, and their job as a label is to inject dancefloor friendly tracks, which will be bringing you nothing but 100% party vibes.

Condo Records doesn't just stop there though, they are going to cultivate and develop upcoming producers from across the globe, whilst helping promote and push the scenes established artists.

Condo Records will also be hosting numerous House, Jack and Bass style events through out 2014, while infusing quality-controlled releases on to the scene.
