His unpredictable DJ Sets that can go from Soul, Disco, Funk to House and Techno without forgetting some influences of Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop and Brazilian Music. With a long coexistence in music, inside his studio Marcelo accumulates samples of daily works, totally hidden from the eyes of the world. For About Disco Records, he was one of the only to release singles, releasing "Calma e Makeba Disco" between 2015 and 2016. Afro acid rhythm "Aboki", with no release or record label is a trophy among his works.

"Trying to capture the feeling of summer in the Northeast is tough, the most concise summation I could muster is, "finally here, it's almost over" because honestly thats how it feels up here. (not to mention that by the time I finally ever do a summer mix, it tends to be almost over). That feeling of fleeting warmth and beauty coupled with my city emptying out every summer (byyyye students!) is what I tried to capture in this mix, and for me this is what it sounds like inside my head when I step out of the house and start walking on those first warm days. It's also my attempt to extend the summer feeling a little longer than the weather usually allows us to. It's a funky little 55 minute trip through some disco, cumbia, funk, afrobeat y mas. Giuseppe D'Alessandro - aka https://soundcloud.com/KiSk - is the owner of Apparel Music, Quartet Series art director, The dub project manager. He explored a variety of genres, from trip hop to swing, passing through jungle, Broken Bliss and Detroit, to deep house, while never abandoning jazz – the wildest and most impeccable of all - progressively building a digital project. Out of this came the concept of Jazzy, the ability to make jazz and electronic music communicate. This passion is also manifest in the Oneboy project - musical instruments played live to a DJ set.
