Melodically Challenged Show #2  5.2.2023

Happy 4th and Thanks to all the gifts we share as Americans!  I haven't shared the state of the vocal parts to all our songs before, but I feel I need to just to put everything in context.   I continue to sing inspite of a chronic and progressive lung disease which has diminished my lung function now to less than 45%.  If I sound "out of tune" it is not because I cannot hear the "perfect pitch" in my head or otherwise.  It is because I do not have the strength (or breath) to maintain the pitch.  The voices you hear may be frail and sometimes almost nonexistent.  Perhaps that is part of the spirit and inner strength implied inasmuch as even those of us with challenges have reason to do what matters to us and share that spirit and strength with others.  Thank you for listening.
