Ned Frankly is a band.  The band consists of whoever shows up and plays (meaning that Ned Frankly is often just me and my son, http://soundcloud.com/cmf).  

We're a digital band.  When we play real instruments, they're usually of the stringed variety.  Between us, we play with fair ability on electric and acoustic guitar, electric bass, and dulcimer.  Caleb is a drummer, and I'm a keyboard player.  He was classically trained and plays professionally. I played clarinet in high school (yup, I did...) Somehow we ended up here...

Our music is available for all of the usual commercial and non commercial purposes.  We'd love to hear from you if you've remixed our work, or used it as a backing track for rap or spoken word. 

A tip - I record and master using headphones.  I don't get to hear my work at full volume through speakers very often.  To hear what I heard in the studio, get yourself a pair of the industry standard Sony MDR-7506 headphones and listen at a volume just short of painful.  That's what I hear when I record my music.
