It's been a fun year. 

Our debut album, TRASH HIT, came out in March, and got rave reviews in Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Fader, Stereogum, Village Voice, RCRDLBL, The Quietus, Dusted, Consequence of Sound, and others. MTV Hive, Brooklyn Vegan, Emusic, Thirteen, Impose, Gimme Tinnitus, NYTaper, The Morning After Pills, and so many more posted interviews with us, or took amazing concert photos, or even recorded our sets and posted them online. Jeez. Thank you so much for your support.

We toured with Sleigh Bells and CSS in May, opened for Archers of Loaf in June, curated a packed showcase for Williamsburg's Northside Festival, and played the Village Voice's 4Knots Music Festival in July. Before that, all three of us sang backup vocals in the men's chorus for the last five LCD Soundsystem shows, including the big one at Madison Square Garden. 

With the help of some outrageously talented directors, we put out music videos for "Trash Hit", "Crime", and "Croquet", which debuted on Pitchfork.tv, Rollingstone.com, and Stereogum.com. 

And now! We're psyched for you to hear "Moneybags", our new back-to-school single. Adam and Matt both sing on this one. You can dance to it; technically you can shimmy to it. There's a breakdown, lots of little squiggly one-and-done type guitar riffs, and plenty of opportunities to mishear our lyrics. 

The song was recorded this summer at Sound City in Williamsburg. Nick engineered and mixed it. Joe Lambert at JLM Sound did the mastering in Dumbo.
