Well, Sans calls it patience. Papyrus calls it laziness.

Lots of stuff to say today, reading the whole thing would be appreciated but I can't stop you I'm not a cop.

First off, I gave in and made my own AU Undershuffle, because what this fandom needs is more swap AUs. The Sans sprite was made by me.

The swaps are:
-Chara is Toriel
-Mettaton is Napstablook
-Toriel is Sans
-Asgore is Papyrus
-Sans is Undyne
-Papyrus is Alphys
-Napstablook is Mettaton
-Asriel is Asgore
-Undyne is Asriel
-Alphys is Chara

Nobody else has been moved around. For the record I'm aware other AUs have done some of these swaps, like Scramble Saga has Chara as Toriel and Asriel as Asgore, so any tracks I make for them would also work for other AUs. I don't care. However, I would appreciate people not commenting "this is scramble saga!!" or "hey this works for my AU!", thank you. I might turn the AU into a comic, I probably won't because I have enough personal projects and not enough free time, but I definitely will be composing music for it (I have a couple of tracks already made).

The other thing is I guess I'm part of The Megalovania Discourse now so I'm going to clear up my stance on it before anyone decides to be a little bitch: The way I use Megalovania, the sections of it used in this track (the beginning and the first synth) belong to Sans; the rest (the brass, guitar solo) belong to Chara, because both of them need an extra motif to their name and splitting it up gives them both a good bit to work with. This is how I'm using it and any comments about how it's just Sans's theme or just Chara's theme are going to be deleted on sight. It's also how I'm going to be making Toriel's Megalovania when the time comes- the first part being Toriel's motif and the second being Alphys's.

Just because I think Megalovania is Chara's theme (although I honestly don't care who's theme it is at this point), doesn't mean you have to automatically ONLY associate this with Chara.

Been meaning to _cross_ this one off my list *snorts*. Also some context, this is a remix of a song I kinda fell in love with a few weeks ago, named "Villa Volta". It's random as hell & like, also a tune from the 90's but I really wanted to remix it. Coincidentally, I also binged the entire Xtale comic and Underverse series in one night, and now had a reason to write something epic, and what better than to write something for Underverse (･ω<)☆

This is 35 hours of work, making it the most time I've ever spent on a single remix, in my entire life of writing music. Villa Volta has a very intriguing and beautiful melody, and combined with my struggle of working with orchestral elements (to which I seem to use quite rarely, I do love me some bass, probably a bit too much), this made for one difficult remix.

And a side note about the series, Nyx & Stereo did a lovely job composing the ost. That was one of things I was definitely interested in with watching Underverse, as I knew the soundtrack was original, and nothing intrigues me more than original osts, whether they be fan games or animated series. There are a lot of details and unique atmospheric sound design work that I was pleasantly surprised with, and I look forward to seeing what I can do with these melodies. I have my eye on a few in particular, and I think we'll be seeing some underverse stuff on the channel here very soon.

Also wanted to note, not really important to the vid at all, but when Ink travels through those paint puddles my splatoon radar goes absolutely bonkers. Is he a kid? Is he a squid? What is he _really_ hiding? There are questions that need answers ( • ̀ω•́  )✧

[Underverse Remix] SharaX - Vive La Verse

I think this is the first time in the history of ever that I've remixed an AU twice in a row ( • ̀ω•́  )✧ I actually started this as soon as my last vid was uploaded, finished it up in around 20 hours, then took a break for about 11 days to just chill for a while and rest. Good news is, because I rested for a good bit, I can just jump into the next remix, whichever that might be.

As for my initial thoughts on this track in underverse's context, it definitely wasn't what I would have expected for a versus theme with these two, and that's a good thing (･ω･)/ I was glad that it wasn't a version of megalovania and instead was something original, which made it a lot more refreshing for me to remix. I think that's a great direction to go in and a good example to set that you don't *need* every iconic theme to be some form of megalovania or else it won't grab people's attention, because this theme certainly caught my eye as soon as I heard those first few chords.

As for my remix, I decided to go with a heavy bassline as usual, you know by now I can't resist eeEEEE d(･∀･○)

[Murderbelief Trio Ost] Phase 1 - Triple Of The Demons ver 1

Hullo! I don't normally work with glitch effects because they tend to be difficult to get to work right in a rhythmic sense (without them being jarring af), so this was a bit of a more challenging track to write (ง •̀ω•́)ง✧ I haven't delved too much into other producers tracks for Error (both remixes or originals), so I went into this practically blind (moreso because it's also an original) but had a vague idea of what I wanted to write given what I know about him.

A strange trend I seem to be enjoying recently is writing tracks for "evil" characters that don't sound necessarily "evil"; I.e., my idea for this track and main goal was to write something fun, so the first thought that came to mind was opting for a swing styled beat. Granted I could have went with something more intimidating like DnB, but it would have been much harder to get that "fun" sound with a harder DnB rhythm and I most likely would've struggled with that uphill battle.

My next task was planning a melody that would stay true to the fun sound I wanted. The most important thing I needed to keep in mind is that I didn't want this to sound too much like Ravenous, which is styled in a similar way (very little reverb on any instrument, if any at all & with a general "fun" composition), but knowing Ravenous is styled to be both fun & disconcerting given it's Horrortale, all I had to do is avoid any atmospheric sounds, rhythms or melodies that could be interpreted as creepy.
