DJ Pomba G — real name Ashley — is a passionate creative force based in Las Vegas, a city she’s proudly called home since her freshman year of high school. With deep roots in the city’s vibrant culture and nightlife, her sound is just as electric and eclectic as the Strip itself.

As DJ Pomba G, Ashley brings a unique voice to the decks. She’s a dedicated digger and tastemaker, scouring the internet to uncover underground DJs, producers, and artists, and proudly featuring their work in her mixes. Though she enjoys all styles of music, her deepest loves lie in house, EDM, hip-hop, trap, and soul—genres that fuel her sets with raw emotion, gritty rhythm, and infectious energy. Whether it’s a rare remix, an independent release, or a hidden gem, she curates each set with intention—bridging the gap between the underground and the mainstream, the nostalgic and the new.

Music has always been at the core of Ashley’s identity. Her journey into the entertainment industry began at 19, when she landed her first internship and quickly found herself immersed in studio life, wearing multiple hats in Marketing and later as an A&R Director at the last label she worked for. She’s built a diverse career over 20 years that has bridged both the technical and creative sides of the industry.

In her younger years, she recorded music vocally, but it was the world of DJ'ing and video editing that truly captivated her. The art of building a vibe, blending genres, and crafting seamless transitions has become her creative passion. She always takes pride in each challenge to not only mix the music but also create engaging videos that will entertain both visually and to your ears. 

Although she still considers herself a “Baby DJ,” she’s deeply invested in growth—actively studying music production and audio engineering, gaining hands-on experience, and striving to become a more skilled DJ, live and in production. Ashley is also a talented graphic and website designer, running her own business and helping other creatives develop standout visual identities. Her artistic vision extends across mediums, combining her design expertise with her deep love of music.

While DJ'ing is a beloved hobby for her, DJ Pomba G lives for the vibe—those unforgettable moments where the music hits just right. Whether spinning a set or taking over the aux at a party, she brings heart, soul, and unmatched energy to every sound she shares.

all i know is that i love makin music i really like makin dubstep and im exploring new plug-ins and new presets im thinking of doin up some remixes sometime in the near future i dont know to many ppl  in the biz so im learning it all myself  so check out the tracks on my profile i can really use the feedback thanx everyone.
